How long will my table take?
Every table is made to order. Most are ready in 1–2 weeks, and we confirm your delivery date once your order is placed.
Will mine look like the photos?
Reclaimed oak carries its history, so grain, knots and old marks vary from piece to piece. Yours will share the character you see in the photos, but no two tables are the same.
How is it delivered?
Delivery is free to UK mainland. Your table arrives in parts with simple instructions for easy home assembly.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is free to the UK mainland, and your table arrives in parts for easy home assembly. If it is not right for your home, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Custom-size pieces are made to your measurements and cannot be returned. See our refund policy for details.
What guarantee do I get?
Every table comes with a 24-month guarantee.
How do I look after an untreated surface?
Wipe with a damp cloth and dry straight away. Use coasters and mats for hot or wet items, and keep the table away from radiators and direct sun.
