Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Return window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return on in-stock items. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Bespoke and made-to-order items

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are crafted to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Samples

Samples are non-returnable. If you place a full order afterwards, we are happy to credit the sample cost against it.

Natural character

Each piece is made from reclaimed timber. Natural variation in colour, grain, texture and tone is part of its character and is not considered a fault.

How to start a return

Contact us at studio@woodyworkz.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send anything back before requesting a return, as we cannot accept unauthorised returns.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. For larger items delivered by pallet, please note that return carriage can be significant. We will confirm the arrangements when we authorise your return.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us straight away and we will put it right at no cost to you, including collection and replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it has been approved. If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post the refund. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

European Union, 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. This does not apply to bespoke or made-to-order items, which are exempt as personalised goods.
