We Name the Species
Reclaimed oak and chestnut only, both hardwoods. Many sellers hide the species behind the words "reclaimed wood". We never do.

Our timber is salvaged from historic buildings across Anatolia and the Balkans. We can tell you where each batch comes from.

Our reclaimed oak and chestnut carry FSC® Recycled 100% and PEFC certification. Reclaimed wood gives old timber a second life, so less new hardwood is felled. We also plant one tree for every order. Full certificates and licence details are on our accreditations page.
