Shipping, Delivery & Returns
We deliver reclaimed timber and handcrafted furniture across the United Kingdom, Europe and internationally. Every order is carefully wrapped and dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre.
Large and Bespoke Items
Reclaimed timber panels, dining tables, benches and other large or bespoke pieces may require specialist delivery arrangements. For these items:
- Delivery timescales and costs are confirmed at the point of order
- A member of our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date
- Pallet or two-person delivery may apply depending on size and weight
- Ground-floor delivery is included as standard
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Fridays or during weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not quite right, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition
- Bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
Damaged or Faulty Items
Every piece is carefully inspected and wrapped before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Architects, interior designers and hospitality clients — we offer bespoke delivery solutions for large-scale projects including pallet shipments, phased deliveries and site-direct dispatch.
