Specification

The four patterns

Versailles – the classic French panel: a diagonal lattice with woven boards inside a square frame. Formal, generous in scale; suits large living rooms, halls and hospitality interiors. Panel 90 × 90 cm.

Basket Weave – groups of boards laid alternately across and along, with no frame. The quietest of the four; works in rooms of any size and with modern interiors. Panel 60 × 60 cm.

Chantilly – a basket weave set inside a square frame, so each panel reads as a tile. Gives a floor rhythm without the formality of Versailles. Panel 60 × 60 cm.

Square Frame – concentric frames stepping in towards the centre of each panel. Strong, graphic and best seen across an open floor. Panel 60 × 60 cm.

Your sample

One panel in the pattern you choose, made the same way as the floor. Lay it in your room and look at it in daylight and lamp light over a few days. Reclaimed wood varies from board to board, so a sample shows the character of the timber, not an exact match for every board you will receive. Samples are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

We ship with FedEx, fully tracked. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

In-stock items and samples are dispatched promptly and arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are prepared specially for you and are ready within 4 to 6 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout.

Larger pieces, such as dining tables, beams and flooring, are delivered by pallet. Delivery times remain broadly the same.

European Union: standard delivery at a flat rate of £14.99.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on in-stock items.

Bespoke and custom-size pieces are crafted to your specifications and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Samples are non-returnable. If you place a full order afterwards, we are happy to credit the sample cost against it.

Each piece is made from reclaimed timber, so natural variation in colour, grain and texture is part of its character and is not considered a fault.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason. We will provide return authorisation and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
